EA has confirmed that Battlefield 4 will arrive for Xbox One and PS4, and has given a release date…
The fourth Battlefield is coming this year, and it’ll arrive on both Sony and Microsoft’s next gen consoles. Okay, so it’s hardly any surprise really, and it was pretty much guaranteed, but EA’s official confirmation should please both Sony and Microsoft supports hankering for some next gen Battlefield action.
As well as the next gen confirmation, EA also announced that the game will arrive for current gen platforms, the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 29, with the Xbox One and PS4 editions arriving when the consoles become available. There’s going to be no Wii U version, which, like the Xbox One and PS4 announcement, is no real surprise.
